Job Summary
Coordinate daily inventory management and perpetual stock control for the Central Supply warehouse and par locations. Deliver medical supplies to the freestanding emergency department on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays using a company vehicle. Identify excess inventory, process credits, and expediting corrections with the purchasing department. Maintain accurate bin locations, labels, and replenishment records while performing cycle counts and system file updates. Liaise with clinical leaders and nursing departments to support operational efficiency and expedites corrections of discrepant orders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Two (2) years of related warehouse, inventory or customer service experience
- An Associate's degree in a relevant area of study
- Experience driving company vehicles and making routine deliveries
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle for deliveries
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
