Job Summary
Conduct regular monthly cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure complete inventory accuracy. Organize warehouse layouts for optimal stock tracking while enforcing safety regulations for proper cargo storage. Supervise handling, documentation, and repair processes for damaged goods. Serve as a certified forklift driver, execute general labor tasks, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism across various operational scenarios. Perform basic mathematical calculations and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift 55 lbs, and flexibility for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in warehouse organization, stock tracking, and cycle count reconciliation
- Must meet all qualification standards for a Forklift Driver (FLD)
- Strong ability to solve practical problems, follow complex instructions, and perform basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with minimal to no supervision
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs, climb, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor warehouse settings across varying weather conditions
- Must arrive on time and ready to work at shift start
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business demand
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
- Thorough knowledge of site Safety Manuals, Quality Manuals, and OSHA regulations
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times
