Job Summary
Oversee stock levels across ERP/WMS, maintain real-time inventory records, and conduct routine cycle counts to audit stock accuracy. Investigate variances, monitor reorder points, expedite restock requests, and process returns. Prepare inventory reports on turnover, shrinkage, and warehouse efficiency to inform upper management. Collaborate across procurement, warehousing, and sales to maximize supply chain efficiency and minimize shortages and obsolescence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred for managerial roles
- 1 to 3+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience
- Proficiency with inventory tracking software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder) and Microsoft Excel
- Certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are advantageous
