Job Summary
Inventory Controller at CST Industries responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records in D365 ERP, conducting quarterly stock counts, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Project Management, and Executives to fulfill inventory needs. Involves demand planning to ensure stock availability, sourcing and evaluating hardware items/vendors, inspecting incoming materials, processing GRNs/GINs, coordinating with warehouse and freight partners, and supporting continuous improvement in inventory control and warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing environment (ideally metals/industrial components)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or equivalent (preferred)
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and import/export documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- English communication skills are an advantage
