Job Summary
Manage and administer consignment stock warehouses in South Africa, maintain accurate stock records, reconcile stock balances, and coordinate with consignment agents and depots to ensure timely stock movements, proper documentation, and regular reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining stock records, reconciling physical vs system balances, monitoring stock levels and discrepancies, liaising with agents about stock movements, ensuring documentation for stock transactions, preparing consignment stock reports, conducting monthly reconciliations and variance investigations, and supporting compliance and controls through regular stock counts and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in administration, logistics, accounting, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in stock administration or warehouse control
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation ability
- Good Excel and ERP system skills
- Ability to work independently and follow up proactively
