Job Summary
Manage inventory records by checking parts on a three-month rotation, locating and retrieving items for employees, and updating the Visual software system. Use SAP to update inventory logs, assist staff in verifying part locations and quantities, and maintain spreadsheets comparing actual versus required stock. Generate daily Kanban reports and regular summaries to support timely product arrival and inventory accuracy. Physically verify inventory every quarter, confirm space availability in Location 560 before warehouse transfers, and respond to inquiries via email or verbally. Report issues to the supervisor or appropriate team members while following all AKG EMS policies and procedures. Work Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be available and able to work the agreed shift
- Able to use various computer programs
- Able to organize inventory paperwork
- Able to use a ladder
- Basic math and ability to use/understand measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Regular attendance
