Inventory & Control Tower Supervisor

Analyze data to identify inventory discrepancies and outline executable countermeasures that deliver improvement results. Perform root cause investigations for inventory and shipping gaps while implementing continuous improvement processes to create efficient procedures. Manage human, material, and automated resources to support production plans and ensure warehouse personnel comply with standard operating procedures. Direct operations to meet service level agreements, validate action plans against quality limits, and develop early warning indicators and KPIs. Participate in scheduled inventory days and ensure leadership coverage by direct reports. Maintain a safe work environment by practicing safe procedures and following all safety rules.
