Required Qualifications

• •1-3 years' experience in Inventory Control
• •Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office
• •accurate data entry skills
• •WMS
• •document scanning
• •basic office skills
• •Good communication skills
• •Ability to perform basic arithmetic, reading, and writing skills
• •Ability to understand the production schedule
• •Must have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training in Food Safety
• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must be available for holidays
• •Must be available for overtime
• •Must be able to work independently as well in a group settings
• •Must be able to interface directly with customers on inventory adjustments
• •Must be able to interface directly with customers
• •Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous relationship
• •Must be able to ensure customer requests are responded to within an hour
• •Must be able to provide customer with an estimated time of completion including factual response
• •Must be able to immediately escalate to management customer's complaint
• •Must be able to follow established Dock Safety policy
• •Must be able to complete the Motorized Equipment Daily Inspection sheet
• •Must be able to report all equipment malfunctions to manager and/or maintenance immediately
• •Must be able to wear PPEs as required
• •Must be able to follow safety and security policies and SOPs
• •Must be able to collect samples when requested by customers
• •Must be able to work with Production Planner to coordinate packaging material changes
• •Must be able to work with customers/vendors/Production Planner to resolve quality issues
• •Must be able to follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions
• •Must be able to maintain and monitor inventory levels and product movement for accuracy
• •Must be able to do inventory audits and cycle counts as required
• •Must be able to coordinate product and packaging material inventory use
• •Must be able to coordinate, problem solve, and communicate inventory issues to customers, vendors, and Production Planner
• •Must be able to coordinate the product recoup operation
• •Must be able to backfill on production lines as needed
• •Must be able to follow all written and verbal instructions provided by management, project leader, etc
• •Must be able to share all information in a professional and factual manner ensuring the best decisions are made for the company
• •Must be able to report all issues to your manager/supervisor
• •Must be able to maintain an appropriate appearance
• •Must be able to dress in accordance with the established dress code guidelines
• •Must be able to follow all rules, guideline, and practices
• •Must be able to inform supervisor / manager immediately if unsafe conduct or conditions arise
• •Must be able to work the hours needed to support the business goals
