Job Summary
Coordinate product and packaging material inventory use, perform inventory audits and cycle counts, and manage the product recoup operation. Conduct inventory reconciliations, collect customer samples, and resolve quality issues with vendors and the Production Planner. Interface directly with customers to address inventory adjustments and complaints, ensuring all requests are responded to within an hour. Maintain daily housekeeping of operations, equipment, and break rooms while adhering to Dock Safety policies, PPE requirements, and food safety SOPs. Complete motorized equipment inspections and report malfunctions immediately. Requires 1-3 years of inventory control experience and intermediate computer skills.

- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office
- Accurate data entry skills
- WMS
- Document scanning
- Basic office skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Reading skills
- Writing skills
- Ability to understand the production schedule
- 1-3 years' experience in Inventory Control
- Count back inventory reconciliation
- Inventory audits for outbound shipments
- Self-starter/self motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a group settings
- Ability to interface directly with customers on inventory adjustments
- Experience and knowledge about Food Safety
- Willingness to receive training in Food Safety
