Inventory Control Technician

Job Summary
Maintain physical and record management of all inventory within the warehouse, checking WMS data accuracy against customer and internal records to reconcile discrepancies. Investigate and resolve inventory variances, perform weekly cycle counts, and coordinate physical inventory procedures while processing product returns. Adjust inventory for over/short, defective, or damaged items, prepare reports for customers and internal purposes, and assist in loss prevention programs. Ensure only authorized personnel access inventory records and resolve customer concerns or escalations as required. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' warehouse and inventory experience
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes and procedures
- Forklift Operator
- University degree or College diploma
- Post-secondary courses in a related field

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
