Job Summary
Inventory Control Technician at Lineage Logistics Bristol depot tasked with compiling and maintaining records of physical and virtual inventories via cycle counting, managing data for ordering/receiving/storing/shipping, ordering supplies, keeping records up to date, analyzing stock levels, investigating damages and shrink, ensuring correct product IDs and conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories, verifying stock numbers and substitutes, reviewing files for unused items, and operating warehouse equipment. Requires experience in stock control, familiarity with WMS/SAP AS400, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, team collaboration, and ability to work in a cold environment. Provides PPE and onsite amenities; permanent direct-employer role with benefits and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in stock control
- experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Connect & SAP AS400 desirable
- computer literate with Microsoft Office
- strong organisation and administration skills
- confident communicator
- ability to work in a cold environment
- own transport to commute
