Inventory Control Team Lead

Job Summary
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehouse by performing daily physical counts, bin checks, and inventory audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with system adjustments while supervising and supporting Inventory Coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ensure warehouse inventory areas remain organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records within WMS systems, inspecting items for damages or defects and reporting findings as needed. Requires bilingual Spanish and minimum 2 years of leadership experience with RF scanning and WMS proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with RF scanning systems and WMS
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Bilingual Spanish
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
