Job Summary
Team Coordinator assists supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks in the area, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages and providing solutions, facilitating implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes, and requesting non-personnel related assistance via work orders to engineering and SFA. Learns all positions, reduces production bottlenecks, addresses workflow issues, and communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers.
