Inventory Control Supervisor

Inventory Control Supervisor responsible for hands-on leadership of inventory and tool management in a warehouse. Leads inventory movement (stocking, restocking, and accounting), maintains records of quantity/type/value, participates in monthly/year-end cycle counts and reconciliations, coordinates procurement with the Inventory Manager, and tracks tool/material distribution. Trains and coaches material handlers to meet safety, quality, and production deadlines; may require forklift/pallet jack certifications to train team members; ensures safe operation and adherence to procedures, and collaborates with HR to address employee concerns. Oversees daily audits, equipment maintenance reporting, and supports additional inventory projects as needed; occasional local transportation of finished goods may be required. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work overtime.
