Inventory Control Supervisor to guide and coordinate the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities, ensure inventory accuracy and shrink targets per service levels, assist leadership in identifying inaccuracies and implementing corrective actions, provide documentation for customers and auditors, maintain a safe and fair work environment, and conduct performance reviews and staff development to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
