Job Summary
Inventory Control Supervisor responsible for overseeing the Cycle Count program, analyzing inventory data, and driving process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery. Leads the Cycle Count team, interfaces with operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and quality, and develops standard work and procedures to maintain inventory integrity. Requires in-person work five days per week in Plymouth, MN. Emphasizes Lean/continuous improvement, ERP/SAP-based inventory adjustments, EOQ/TOC-style cost considerations, audits, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing environment
- Plus 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/industrial environment
- Understanding of ERP/MRP systems, engineering and finance integration
- Operational Excellence via Lean thinking and tools
- Ability to develop inventory strategies and cost optimization
- CPIM or CIRM certification desired (preferred)
- Lean training (preferred)
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
