Job Summary
Lead and develop the Inventory Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and seamless material flow. Partner across cross-functional teams (Operations, Shipping, Receiving, Procurement, Finance, Quality) to maintain inventory integrity and support production requirements. Drive inventory control excellence, supervise multiple shifts, oversee audits and warehouse control processes, and drive continuous improvement in inventory management practices. On-site at the Wausau, WI plant with a focus on leadership, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles (including straight truck)
- Forklift experience
