Job Summary
Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility by leading a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, providing staff development and training. Maintain the physical inventory, improve controls, and consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy. Validate product transfers, research discrepancies, monitor warehouse management system adjustments, and forecast potential inventory issues. Identify operational issues and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
