Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and develop inventory control associates to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy across all locations and channels (DTC, Amazon FBA, and Wholesale). Own cycle counting, reconciliations, root cause analysis, and process improvements to reduce shrink and improve operational visibility. Design and manage structured cycle count schedules, oversee audits, validate bin accuracy and labeling, and investigate discrepancies with full audit trail. Drive corrective and preventative actions, partner with Fulfillment, Returns, and Procurement to eliminate recurring issues, and ensure proper replenishment and handling of aged or non-sellable inventory. Maintain system integrity within Peoplevox, monitor transactions, and provide daily/weekly reporting on inventory accuracy, cycle count completion, shrink, and variance trends. Lead inventory control associates, assign tasks, and enforce SOP adherence to achieve 99%+ inventory accuracy while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize slotting, replenishment, and inventory visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in warehouse inventory control or operations
- Experience with WMS systems (Peoplevox preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
- Ability to identify patterns and solve root causes
