Inventory Control Supervisor

Operates and maintains the warehouse inventory. Supervises and coordinates receiving, storing, inventory, holding and shipping product. Reviews and monitors inbound/outbound inventory accuracy, conducts physical inventories, and performs cycle counts with adjustments as needed. Coordinates material movement from the supply room, handles recalls, and monitors customer return shipments including overages, shortages, and damages. Oversees damaged/defective products handling and reconditioning or return to production. Supervises inventory control personnel, backs up purchasing as needed, and ensures clear communication with associates and customers to achieve inventory objectives. Performs related duties as assigned and supports process improvements to optimize inventory control.
