Job Summary
Coordinate daily activities for the non-exempt Inventory Control Team to maintain accurate inventory records relative to client service level agreements. Assess inventory inaccuracies and recommend corrective actions to support continuous process improvement, while monitoring and reporting shrink contractual requirements to site leadership. Maximize site inventory process performance by ensuring proper care, custody, and control of customer inventory, utilizing information technology, and providing documentation for financial or regulatory audits. Conduct associate performance reviews, develop individual and succession plans, and enforce company policies while ensuring associates have proper training and access to necessary tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 years experience
- Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP
- Some knowledge of inventory control
