Job Summary
Manage customer inventory through audits, scrub counts, and linen reconciliations while conducting daily clean return audits as needed. Conduct customer Goodwill visits and ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits. Maintain accurate inventory at customer locations and manage daily communication of customer interactions to the DSM/GM. Establish strong customer relationships through responsive service strategies and facilitate improvement via inter-departmental cooperation. This role requires onsite Monday through Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm at a starting hourly rate of $19.50.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in material and inventory management
- Minimum of 1-year experience with customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and push and pull carts of linen
- Must be available for onsite Monday through Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, and organizational skills

- High energy with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and positive attitude under unpleasant and diverse situation
