Job Summary
Perform critical inventory control functions to support plant and distribution center operations in Evolution Fresh, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting daily counts and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies in the warehouse management system, supporting day-to-day shipping and receiving, and aiding order fulfillment and customer support; duties include cycle counting, item setup and slotting, lot rotation exception handling, wave planning resolution, and ensuring product availability while adhering to guidelines, safety standards, and company principles.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year Inventory Experience
- Intermediate Excel Experience (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Problem solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to follow verbal direction
- Familiarity with computerized inventory and order selection systems
- Flexibility to work overtime as required, even on short notice
- Ability to operate required material handling equipment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- FORKLIFT Operator certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Scissor Lift certification or the ability to obtain certification
