Inventory Control Specialist - Weekend Day Shift

Job Summary
Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules, then coordinate these timelines daily with Warehouse Supervisors to assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources. Provide daily written and electronic analysis of audit results and conduct spot audits of unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel, documenting findings in spreadsheets. Interact with supervisors to identify trends requiring corrective action and respond to all emails timely. Requires strong communication, audit, and organizational skills with a high school diploma and five years of related experience. This role is part of Crane's logistics team, offering a quarterly incentive plan, 17 days of PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 or more years of related work experience
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent audit skills
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
- Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements
- Working knowledge of industry standards
- Must be highly organized
- Must pay close attention to detail

- Ability to use hands to operate computer equipment

- Must successfully pass an E-Verify Check
