Job Summary
Inventory Control Specialist responsible for the daily completion of inventory cycle counts and related research activities. Primary duties include analyzing issues affecting physical inventory, communicating with the credit department about variances between DISC and WMS, processing cycle count issues, ensuring customers are properly credited, maintaining WMS functions, preparing and explaining adjustments, and managing inventory-related projects. Requires attention to accuracy, effective communication, problem solving, ability to work under pressure, and independent work capability. Uses Korber/HighJump WMS, AS400 familiarity, and barcode scanning tools; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- AS400 experience preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and barcode scanning technology (Korber/HighJump)
