Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary
Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations by performing daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and completing system adjustments within the IFS ERP. Verify inventory during receiving, put-away, and shipping activities while monitoring pick locations and coordinating replenishments to support production and customer shipments. Assist with inventory verification for returns, damaged materials, and quarantined items, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, 5S, and standard operating procedure updates. Requires 2+ years of experience, IFS proficiency, and ability to walk and lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- ERP system experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret inventory reports and data
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
