Inventory Control Specialist II

Job Summary
Assess inventory reports and provide them to procurement and management. Manage inventory operations including pulling short-dates, damaged items, product disposition, and vendor returns. Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory and assist with periodic annual physical inventory audits. Implement and maintain processes to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Resolve inventory issues and highlight potential opportunities to management. Coordinate cycle counts across teams and engage with customer service to resolve delivery discrepancies. Maintain KPI metrics and report them monthly. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Requires five+ years in inventory control, RF Gun experience, and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five+ years' experience in Inventory Control
- Experience with computerized inventory systems
- Experience using RF Gun
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
