Inventory Control Specialist II General Admin

Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders to maintain proper inventory in accordance with replenishment guidelines. Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies, review system-generated reports, and place special orders to balance projected needs with promotions while ensuring accurate pricing and costs. Partner with marketing, pricing, inventory control, and accounts payable departments to resolve cost discrepancies and determine corrective actions with vendors. Provide guidance and training to less experienced co-workers, return defective merchandise, and assist staff and customers with product and freight information.
