Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary
Maintain inventory accuracy by resolving discrepancies, performing cycle counting, and managing SAP inventory, SLED, and batch data. Monitor and adjust material information, process scrap transactions and vendor credits, and support stock reallocations and movement activities. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory metrics and dashboards while reviewing warehouse exceptions and assisting Production with material corrections and order confirmations. Partner with Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues and support batch management requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience
- SAP experience required
- Above-average Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to research and resolve inventory and system discrepancies independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively across Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
