Job Summary
Conduct daily routine inventory cycle counting tasks and recommend changes to the warehouse supervisor. Process inventory changes, product re-slotting, and random weight or produce orders as instructed. Submit daily operational inventory system reports from Triceps and support system training for shift employees. Work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00am, handling physical demands including lifting up to 85 pounds and operating industrial equipment in cold warehouse temperatures. Requires one year of warehouse inventory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency using computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- One year experience in warehouse inventory control systems or related equivalent
- Certification in operation of power equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multitask environment
- Positive work history including safety and attendance
- Able to handle fast paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Attention to detail and analytically driven
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, turn, reach, pull, push, balance and lift objects up to 85 pounds, in a fast-paced environment for extended period of time
- Must be able to transport various objects weighing 20-85 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand, walk and move about for extended periods of time
- Must be able to stand and balance throughout the shift while operating industrial equipment
- Requires the ability to push, pull, grasp, twist and use sawing motions for extended periods of time
- Required to pass physical capacity test at 100%
- Regularly works in warehouse environment with heat and cold, including freezers, coolers and refrigerators in temperatures as low as -15 degrees Fahrenheit
