Job Summary
Onsite Inventory Control Specialist in Indianapolis area responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and coordinating with Buyers and shipping to ensure timely, cost-effective logistics; duties include disposal, return, reallocation of obsolete items, filing manufacturer claims for defective goods, and providing management reports. Role may require weekend coverage and travel between surgery centers; requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred, and proficiency in MS Outlook/Word/Excel plus ERP/WMS experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Requires Enterprise Resource Management or Warehouse Management System experience
- Previous inventory audit experience is preferred
- May be required to obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30-days of hire
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
