Job Summary
Inventory Control Specialist to support Operations and Supply Chain by handling POs in an ERP system, coordinating material delivery for work orders, maintaining the inventory room, overseeing RMA/vendor corrections, performing cycle counts, labeling, and disposition of teardown units, and performing related duties with a focus on accuracy, communication, and attention to detail. The role involves data entry in ERP, organizing inventory, and occasional field visits in Depew, NY, with no remote work option and full-time hours. The position includes a safety-sensitive DOT/FAA drug test and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Supply Chain function
- ERP experience
- Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
- Preferred Quantum ERP experience
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to self-direct
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
