Job Summary
Lead and implement process improvement for EZ3PL Operations and Inventory Control to maximize efficiency. Ensure shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy while escalating discrepancies and reconciling stock. Manage the EZ3PL Inventory Control process, develop standard operating procedures, and oversee 200 weekly cycle counts to match virtual counts in EWM. Create space utilization plans and establish procedures for customer inventory variances and damage escalations. Maintain adequate storage, physical cleanliness, and safety by inspecting equipment and issuing repair work orders. Operate PIT equipment and enforce food safety program initiatives as a committee member.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines calmly and effectively in stressful situations
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
- Ability to work in extreme temperature zones
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working Knowledge of SAP software
- Operate PIT equipment (obtain licensure)
- Food Safety: This position has direct responsibility for food safety program initiatives, review, and enforcement. As a member of the committee, it is required that this position be available to ensure that each program coincide with the day-to-day operations and are being successfully administered and followed by onsite staff. Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory experience or related field
- Associate degree in operations or rated field
- Experience working in a fast-paced industry
