Job Summary
Select, pick, and stage customer orders for next-day delivery while maintaining accurate inventory records throughout the Napa beverage distribution center. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy, then identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems and RF scanning equipment, while receiving, verifying, and processing inbound shipments against purchase orders. Safely operate and maintain pallet jacks and forklifts, keeping work zones clean and orderly. Communicate proactively with managers regarding inventory issues and meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual output and accuracy metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year of inventory control, cycle counting, or stock auditing experience
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 - 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for multiple hours in the day
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of inventory control, cycle counting, or stock auditing experience preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning strongly preferred
