Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary
Conduct regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and consolidations to verify product accuracy and stock levels. Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions while utilizing warehouse management systems to track and report inventory data. Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, audits, and quality assurance checks. Develop standard operating procedures to improve process efficiency and assist in preparing reports for management review. Collaborate with operations, receiving, and shipping teams to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory control, ICQA, or related warehouse operations
- Proficient and knowledgeable in conducting physical inventory, cycle counts, consolidations, and inventory investigations
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting with exposure to inventory control initiatives
- Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products up to facility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with lean processes, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of safety compliance and warehouse best practices
- Spanish Speaker
