Job Summary
Inventory Control role performing general clerical duties with emphasis on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, receiving inbound POs, data entry, order picking, labeling, setting up inbound appointments, and cross-functional communication with Customer Service, drivers, and Corbion staff. Responsibilities include using the BPCS/LX system to pick/approve truck loads, setting up vendor inbound appointments, preparing labels and COA-related paperwork, training new warehouse personnel, serving as the backup for the Logistics Analyst, and compiling/adjusting inventory records while ensuring proper shipping documentation and daily discrepancy investigations. The position also handles US Customs forms for Canada shipments and collaborates with Traffic to ensure orders ship correctly. Standard work week is Monday to Friday 7:00am–4:30pm with occasional Saturdays and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED
- Experience: Minimum of one-year clerical office experience
- Microsoft Word experience or training
- spreadsheet experience or training
- Microsoft Excel preferred
