Inventory Control Manager

Receive all farmstand deliveries accurately and maintain weekly inventory of produce, dairy, and grocery items. Coordinate product rotation protocols to maximize sales and ensure proper display in walk-in refrigerators and dry stock areas. Assist management with training staff, supervising night stocking crews, and managing opening/closing procedures while adhering to price auditing standards. Update the POS system for new products and generate accurate sales reports. Remove trash, recycling, and compost in compliance with MGF policies. This role supports retail operations under the Farmstand Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely stock replenishment and planogram adherence.
