Inventory Control Manager

Job Summary
Maintain 98%+ physical-to-system inventory accuracy across all locations by conducting daily cycle counts, full physical inventories, and reconciling discrepancies with finance and parts leadership. Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and surplus inventory to implement reduction strategies while enforcing proper binning, labeling, and storage standards. Manage ordering, stock replenishment, and emergency purchases through the dealership's DMS (Procede), optimizing min/max levels based on demand patterns, seasonal trends, and OEM guidelines. Oversee receiving, shipping, stocking, and core handling to maintain compliance, track freight costs, and negotiate with carriers. Produce weekly and monthly reports on inventory turns, fill rates, and obsolescence to guide stocking strategy and operational improvements. Partner with the Parts Manager, Service Manager, Warranty Administrator, and Fixed Operations Director to align inventory with service forecasting and resolve parts availability issues for technicians and advisors.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures
- Valid driver's license and must maintain a clean driving record to meet insurability standards
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in related area(Preferred)
- Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field (Preferred)
