Job Summary
Inventory Control Manager leads a 50+ person warehouse department to ensure accurate inventory, efficient receiving and picking, and timely shipment to stores. Responsible for directing overall department operations, coordinating start-up meetings, staffing, scheduling, safety, housekeeping, and performance management. Oversees Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Red Prairie data updates, analyzes methods and controls, and collaborates with Operations and Team Managers to optimize movement of product and staffing. Requires 3-5 years leadership in a warehouse/distribution setting and an associate degree or equivalent experience; bilingual skills preferred. Compensation range provided aligns with geographic location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years prior leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- associate degree or equivalent experience
- experience with warehouse operations, inventory tracking, material handling, and directing teams
- experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and payroll data processes
- bilingual skills preferred but not required
