Job Summary
Coordinate daily inventory control activities across the facility, leading cycle counts and physical inventory programs. Investigate inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and reconcile records between physical counts and system transactions. Process inventory adjustments per company procedures while training team members on scanning and material movement. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor trends, and recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Requires 3+ years of inventory control experience, ERP/WMS proficiency, and forklift certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
- ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs. when needed
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
