Inventory Control Lead CVG 300 for various shifts

Lead the daily inventory control operations, coordinating and supporting physical and electronic material transfers for received, distributed, and shipped goods. Direct and coach Warehouse Clerks in daily operations, SAP transactions, and material handling procedures; support issue resolution around shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and transfers; provide training to new and existing team members; ensure accurate movement, sorting, and shipping of materials; maintain SAP data integrity and related documentation; assist with escalations, staffing updates, and operational reporting. Serve as the primary communication link between Warehouse Clerks and Leadership Team, delivering productivity updates and handling inventory and equipment concerns to support operational demands.
