Job Summary
Review system reports to determine materials management actions like ordering or liquidating items. Oversee data input verification to ensure inventory report accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Participate in physical inventories, reconcile daily billing registers and negative inventory reports, and correct errors to maintain precision. Provide inventory information to the sales team for planning and customer delivery coordination. Maintain records for material receipts, inventory adjustments, and CERTS documentation for internal and external locations. Oversee purchase order files and track outside processing scrap exceeding 60 days. Requires one year of inventory control experience, strong organizational and decision-making skills, and reliable work history.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of inventory control experience
- Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
- Strong decision-making skills to handle inventory management and problem-solving tasks effectively
- Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
- Demonstrated reliable work history
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks
