Inventory Control Group Leader (Weekend day shift - FSS)

Job Summary
Supervise the Inventory Control Evening Shift (Friday-Sunday) to ensure Safety, Security, Quality, Productivity, and Waste management objectives are met. Lead daily meetings, communicate priorities across shifts, and monitor Material Handling performance. Utilize existing procedures or develop new ones to improve processing times and eliminate errors impacting quality and efficiency. Maintain timekeeping records in TMS, verify aging of materials in receiving and shipping locations, and ensure production lines receive correct parts. Coach team members on performance and training issues while driving continuous improvement and 5S activities. Interface with Line Leads, engineering, and program management to solve scheduling and equipment problems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in Inventory Control / Supply Chain
- 2-3 years in a supervisory / people management role
- Good understanding of company processes, and procedures
- Good PC skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and third parties
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Minimum 12 months Jabil experience (for internal applicants)

- Experience in electronic manufacturing environment
- Experience in leading process improvements / lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment
