Job Summary
Act as the primary liaison between production teams and inventory control, ensuring materials, supplies, and components are delivered accurately and on time to support uninterrupted operations. Coordinate workflow between departments, track material movement, and verify that delivered materials match specifications, quantities, and quality requirements. Prioritize and expedite material requests based on production schedules, follow up on pending requests, and escalate when necessary. Monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages to supply chain teams, and assist in resolving issues related to missing or incorrect materials. Verify that all materials meet required standards before release and support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SAP and ERP system proficiency
- RF gun usage and transfers
- Microsoft Excel proficiency (data tracking, reporting, and analysis)
- Microsoft Outlook proficiency (communication, scheduling, coordination)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
