Job Summary
Process orders, documents, and deliver goods while performing cycle counts to ensure accurate material accounting. Receive, unpack, and stage materials; adjust system errors as needed. Drive a forklift or bike between buildings, working in outside and non-climate controlled environments. Lift up to 50 lbs and reconcile stock counts to resolve inventory discrepancies. Monitor inventory using provided resources and document information with exceptional attention to detail. Requires good communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to analyze problems.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working in outside and non-climate controlled work environments
- Exceptional attention to detail, and accurately document information
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills are needed
- Need to count correctly and accurately
- Need knowledge of unit of measurement conversion
- Successfully passing a drug screen is required for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Shipping and receiving experience is preferred, but willing to make an exception for the right individual
- The successful candidate must possess good communication skills
- Computer literate and able to quickly learn required software
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
