Job Summary
Lead the cycle count program across DC and production, investigate discrepancies, and drive root-cause analysis to ensure SAP adjustments and inventory accuracy; monitor SAP transactions (e.g., 261/262/311); collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate material movements, WIP tracking, and inventory records; deliver inventory metrics, support audits and SOX/compliance, maintain SOPs, and contribute to S4 readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience with cycle counting and inventory control processes
- ERP system experience (SAP strongly preferred)
- Exposure to 3PL or freight systems (e.g., DHL) is a plus
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) required
