Job Summary
Coordinate daily cycle count activities, collect data into the ERP system, and generate variance reports for production meetings. Analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate receiving issues, and monitor warehouse flow to ensure proper storage. Train cycle count team members, provide guidance to other departments, and update inventory control work instructions. Maintain high accuracy in managing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Requires forklift certification, strong math skills, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification
- General knowledge of ERP
- Strong math skills including the ability to calculate material usage percentages and inventory variance trends
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in inventory control or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
