Job Summary
Role: Verify and reconcile inventories for customers and DHL, complete physical inventories and reports; act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution. Core duties include reconciling data entry into the system of record and the WM system, analyzing data with Excel, monitoring SAP in-transit data for finance reporting, maintaining cycle count data for management reports, investigating discrepancies and shrinkage, and coordinating between customer support, suppliers and the customer on inventory issues. Requires hands-on warehouse work, experience with WMS/SAP inventory, and strong Excel/data analysis skills to support accurate inventory control and operational reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
- Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory
- Experience using a commercial WMS (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.)
- Microsoft Office software, including Excel is required
- Hands-on role spent on warehouse floor, able to stand/walk for extended periods
