Job Summary
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and audits by reviewing transaction histories and determining root causes. Perform inventory adjustments in LEAN/MRP System and QuickBase following established procedures and submit them for management approval. Coordinate inventory consolidation activities to improve storage utilization and support ongoing inventory audits. Resolve receiving issues such as purchase order mismatches and incorrect quantities by coordinating with Procurement and Buyers. Process inventory status changes within LEAN, including moving materials between Good Stock, Hold, and Rejected locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures. This role supports the Rotary Drilling Division's warehouse operations and works closely with Quality, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient material flow.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to investigate and resolve inventory issues independently
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
