Job Summary
Conduct physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies while managing accurate stock levels on the WMS system. Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting teams regarding inventory issues, ensure proper product tagging and racking labeling, and execute quarantine or destruction of items as directed. Monitor replenishment tasks to guarantee stock availability for order picking and maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to sanitation practices and safety regulations. Report inventory accuracy status and operational feedback to management while supporting team-driven initiatives. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a requirement for 2-3 years of warehouse experience and prior WMS familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a warehouse
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience on WMS system
- Order Picking experience
- Previous Inventory experience
- High school diploma, GED or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Must be able to commute to work daily
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when required
- Able to lift, on average, up to 50 lbs., repetitively and safely
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven leadership ability within a team environment
- Able to create control tools through effective Office 365 software applications knowledge primarily in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience with warehouse systems
- Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Ability to make sound decisions independently to obtain desired results
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
